Database Selection
We maintain an extensive database of qualified and industry experienced individuals. Our candidates are largely sourced through referrals, however we also advertise a selection of our current vacancies on a regular basis.
Advertised Selection
Mackenzie Scott can assist your recruitment by combining an advertising campaign with a database search. We will handle all of the advertisement response and assist you in designing the advertisement in suitable publications of your choice.
An advertisement can carry your company logo, or for confidential assignments can be unbranded.
As a third party, we are also able to increase the response by name gathering, pursuing referrals.
Named Approaches
If a client requests that Mackenzie Scott approach an individual(s) on their behalf a flat fee will be charged on commencement of employment.
Executive Search
Search is a solution driven service, which enables us to source individuals from your competitive arena, within an agreed time frame. It is a pro-active service where your vacancy is presented to targeted individuals rather than relying on the right candidate to register with a recruitment firm. Search is also used when the vacancy is highly confidential and it is essential that details do not get out into the market.
As a Retained client you have a period of candidate ownership. Candidates selected will only be approached for other organisations if they have been rejected at shortlist stage.
Advertised Search
Advertised Search combines an advertising campaign with the Executive Search process. This service is often effective if you wish to recruit a number of individuals in a short space of time or target a large geographical area. It also promotes your company and sends a positive message to the market.
